Staff were competent, the location was GREAT WALKABLE, the bed was nice. Room was good quality, without a doubt, had cutlery and many plates. The takeaway breakfast I ordered was fine. Walking distance to the astonishing beach.

Would recomand the place, I didn't want to leave. It's common with lovely beds and decent views. Free breakfast, top-notch service. Handy location of the place - 5 minutes walk from bus station.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Here we were right by few of our favorite spots such as dos aguas park. The bus stop was 10 minutes’ walk away. We do recommend it with confidence. Tulum City Centre district won't disappoint you
